Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Technoware. Because we sell digital products, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
One-time product purchases
- 7-day refund window: If you are unsatisfied with a digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@technoware.tech.
- Refunds are available if you have not downloaded or accessed the product files, or if the product is materially defective or not as described.
- Once a product has been downloaded and used, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital goods.
Subscriptions
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle unless required by law.
- To cancel, use the billing portal linked from your account email or contact support@technoware.tech.
How to request a refund
- Email support@technoware.tech with your order email and product name.
- Explain the reason for your refund request.
- We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
